Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily updates to the President and report accomplishments or issues needing attention.
- Manage the scheduling of multiple technicians.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phones and purchasing materials and supplies.
- Assist with customer relationship management and ensure proactive follow-up.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
