Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to lead business development efforts for security/safety system installations and maintenance services in commercial buildings. This role involves cultivating long-term relationships with building managers, property owners, facility directors, and project managers at construction firms.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the commercial real estate, construction, and facilities management sectors.

• Promote fire alarm system services, including installation, upgrades, inspections, testing, and maintenance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with building managers, general contractors, and project managers.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical specifications tailored to client needs and code requirements.

• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure a successful project handoff and delivery.

• Track all sales activity using CRM software and report on pipeline, performance metrics, and forecasting.


Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in fire safety systems, building services, or construction.

• Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and exceed targets.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.

• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple client relationships and priorities.

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client sites.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with commercial building owners, property management firms, or general contractors.
