Key Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
• Assist in supervising and engaging students during classroom activities and outdoor play.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment by modeling appropriate behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to assess and monitor student progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for working with young children and understanding their developmental needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in early childhood education preferred but not required.
