Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and Shabbos-observant Working Mashgiach to join our team. The Mashgiach will work as part of the team and ensure that all food and beverage products meet the highest standards of kashrut. There is plenty of room to grow if interested.

Duties:

• Ensure all food and beverage products, ingredients, and packaging comply with kosher dietary laws.
• Perform inspections of kitchen facilities, equipment, and storage areas to verify compliance with kashrut standards.
• Verify kosher certification of all products and suppliers.
• Train and guide kitchen staff on kosher dietary laws and procedures.
• Assist with food prep, ensuring all food is prepared and served in compliance with kosher standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections and certifications.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding any kosher certification issues.
• Stay updated on the latest kosher standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of kosher dietary laws and practices.
• Shabbos observant.
• Ability to work as part of the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Flexible availability, including varied shifts.
