ODA Primary Health Care Network is urgently recruiting an RN to serve as Clinical Unit Manager for our OB/GYN Department
The ideal candidate is an individual who is thoroughly familiar with the Williamsburg community, possessing a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting and OB/GYN clinical experience. This is a full-time position offering a salary starting at well over $100,000, and negotiable significantly based on skills and experience.
General Description of the Position:
-Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the nursing staff.
-Manage and assist with recruiting the nursing team.
-Provide clinical patient care and support.
-Work closely with MFMs on documentation, sonograms, etc.
-Manage general office management responsibilities.
-Coordinate communications with labs, radiology, pharmacists, MFMs, and patients.
