Job Description

The Assistant to the Vice President of Property Management plays a key role in supporting the VP in overseeing a portfolio of multifamily properties. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with property teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for property managers, assisting with inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the Vice President, prioritizing urgent matters and following up as needed.
  • Coordinate with property teams to facilitate operational efficiency and ensure company standards are met.
  • Assist in reviewing rental applications, leases, and other property-related documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Track key property performance metrics and compile reports for executive review.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support special projects and initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
