A Lakewood, NJ healthcare company is hiring an executive assistant to work alongside the director of operations. Job includes a variety of administrative tasks and office management. Candidate must be energetic, proactive, detail oriented and organized. Looking for someone with team management skills and at least 2 years of office experience in any field. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm (but must be on call until 5 pm) or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
