A Lakewood, NJ real estate company is looking for a Asset Manager/Regional Manager. Candidate must have experience managing multifamily properties. Job includes handling occupancy, managing the company's vendors, and overseeing remodeling. The candidate will work from the Lakewood office, serving as the owner's right-hand person. Approximately once a week, the candidate will need to visit properties, which are about a 3.5-hour drive from Lakewood. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-2 pm
