Asset Manager/Regional Manager

A Lakewood, NJ real estate company is looking for an Asset Manager/Regional Manager. Candidate must have experience managing multifamily properties. Job includes handling occupancy, managing the companys vendors, and overseeing remodeling. The candidate will work from the Lakewood office, serving as the owners right-hand person. Approximately once a week, the candidate will need to visit properties, which are about a 3.5-hour drive from Lakewood. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-2 pm.
