Job Summary: Asset Manager (Healthcare Real
Estate)
The Asset Manager will play a key role in managing
healthcare real estate assets. This position involves
reviewing monthly financials and preparing analysis,
ensuring timely lender reporting, coordinating the
flow of data between stakeholders during
acquisitions, and conducting periodic site visits. The
role also includes lease management and facilitating
communication with nursing home operators.
Salary between 100-125k depending on experience.
Can potentially be a hybrid position as long as you
dont live on the moon.
