Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Yaeli Fine Art — welcoming clients, sharing the story behind each piece, and helping customers find artwork and products they’ll love and cherish. Your energy, warmth, and enthusiasm will make every client interaction memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and create an inviting gallery experience.
• Develop a deep knowledge of Yaeli’s artwork, collections, and the stories behind them.
• Guide clients in selecting pieces that resonate with their style and needs.
• Drive gallery sales through in-person, phone, and online conversations.
• Assist with gallery events, private showings, and exhibitions.
• Maintain a polished, organized, and visually beautiful gallery space.
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships through follow-up and personalized service.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing, outreach, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• A contagious, upbeat energy and a true "people person" spirit.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or gallery experience a plus (but not required — we will train the right person!).
• A genuine love for art and the emotional connections it creates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable working with basic technology (POS systems, email, etc.).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings for events.
