Cosmopolitan Cosmetics, Inc.; located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NY is a wholesale distributor of prestige fragrances and beauty products. We were established over 40 years ago and have 60 employees. Our customers include retail shops, large wholesalers, chains, and web-based companies.

We are seeking an Associate Manager to work in our e-commerce and shipping departments.

Responsibilities include:

• Expansion and improvement of E-commerce dept.
• Supervising employees
• Coordinating between office and ecommerce and shipping departments
• Ensuring all orders get shipped out on time with specific carriers
• Working closely with various shipping companies including UPS, Fedex, etc.

Required skills:

• Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, and Internet engine)
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Managing and communication skills / working with other team members

Starting salary: $75k +, according to experience

Schedule:

• 9:00 – 6:00 
• Friday 9:00-3:00
