Job Responsibilities:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming customers, offering product information, and assisting them in finding items.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product areas meet merchandising standards.
• Answering customer inquiries regarding products, store policies, and services, providing knowledgeable and helpful responses to enhance satisfaction.
• Processing payments, handling returns and managing customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, ensuring that daily tasks align with store goals and standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and occasional evenings.

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
This position is in-person, in Baltimore, part-time, flexible schedule.
