A rapidly growing e-commerce business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing & Product Development Specialist to lead our sourcing strategy and help drive product innovation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with international vendors, and wants to take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities:

• Source new products and identify reliable overseas suppliers and manufacturers
• Evaluate samples, ensure quality control, and enforce compliance standards
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to improve product offerings
• Handle logistics including freight, customs, and inventory intake
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales trends, and forecast demand
• Resolve supplier issues and continuously improve supply chain efficiency

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in sourcing, product development, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly with overseas manufacturers
• Familiarity with quality control processes and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Excel and supply chain management software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
