Gold Range seeks an energetic and results-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to grow our sales with builders, developers, property managers, and other business clients, focusing on long-term relationships and repeat business.
We provide full training on appliances and the industry, so prior expertise is beneficial but not required. However, prior B2B sales experience is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, property managers, and other business clients.
– Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
– Present and sell appliances to business clients, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, and ensuring smooth client onboarding.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
– Represent Gold Range at industry trade shows, builder expos, and networking events to engage potential clients and ensure structured follow-ups. Booth setup and breakdown may be required.
– Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and overall market conditions.
Skills & Experience Required
Required:
– 3+ years of experience in B2B field sales (not office-based).
– Proven ability to close deals and generate repeat business.
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills with key decision-makers.
– Self-motivated, with excellent time and territory management skills.
– Ability to actively generate new leads, not just respond to inquiries.
– Persistence and resilience in handling objections, following up with prospects, and maintaining engagement throughout the sales cycle.
– Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
– Willingness to learn appliance product knowledge through company-provided training.
Preferred:
– Experience selling appliances, home improvement/construction products, or related industries.
– Existing network within the builder, developer, or property management sectors.
