Job Summary:

Were seeking an experienced and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team! As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, relationships with management companies and maintenance facilities

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with management companies, maintenance facilities, and other potential customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions-based sales presentations to customers
