We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, selling cutting-edge technology solutions with significant potential for growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for sales, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven track record of success. Familiarity with the Commercial/Multifamily real estate industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Travel to client offices across the Tri-State Area to present and sell technology solutions.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Experience in or knowledge of the Commercial/Multifamily real estate industry (preferred).
Compensation:
- Base salary + commission!
- A successful salesperson can expect to earn approximately $140,000 annually within the first couple of years, once settled into the role.
