The Dispatcher and Office Assistant is responsible for coordinating daily dispatch operations and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office functionality. This dual-role position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

Dispatch Duties:

Schedule, assign, and coordinate drivers or field staff based on workload, priority, and availability.
Monitor dispatch board or software system to ensure timely execution of assignments.
Communicate job details, updates, and changes to field personnel throughout the day.
Track the status of jobs, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
Respond to client or field staff inquiries related to schedules, ETA, and job status.

Office Assistant Duties:

Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Maintain accurate records, including job logs, timesheets, and documentation related to dispatch.
Assist with data entry, filing, and report generation as needed.
Order and manage office supplies and coordinate service requests for office equipment.
Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
