Location: Offices in Boro Park, Monsey, Lakewood, and Williamsburg

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the renewal process and oversee a book of business, ensuring timely and efficient renewals and new business development.
Communicate continuously and professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team members, maintaining clarity and professionalism in all verbal and written exchanges.
Perform specific tasks associated with new and existing accounts within the Commercial Lines Unit.
Proactively work to retain accounts by delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth renewal process.
