Job Title: Director of Sales

Location: Hybrid role: 3 days/week in our Brooklyn office, with remote flexibility the rest of the week.

Compensation: $120–150K + performance bonuses

At Generosity Builders, we help nonprofits raise more through high-performing phone, email, and SMS campaigns. Now we’re looking for a Director of Sales to take ownership of our outbound fundraising team, shape winning scripts, coach reps to consistent performance, and lead donor conversations that actually change lives.

Key Responsibilities

Write and optimize phone scripts, email copy, and SMS messages that convert.
Co-create campaign strategies in sync with our project manager and calendar
Deliver ongoing training via 1:1 coaching, QA reviews, and team huddles
Keep ≥ 70 daily rep hours through smart seat forecasting, conducting 10–12 interviews/month, and owning the whole onboarding process
Troubleshoot call-center issues, from tech glitches to donor refund errors
Track KPIs, report weekly to the CEO, and lead continuous performance improvement

Qualifications

3+ years of sales leadership experience, including coaching and sales process ownership
Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
Highly organized and metrics-driven
Familiarity with culturally Frum environments
Must be able to work in Brooklyn at least 3 days/week
