We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth by understanding and addressing client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication of services.
Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services, while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
Reporting & Analysis: Track account performance and provide clients with regular updates, reports, and insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and clinical teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Renewals & Contract Management: Ensure timely renewal of contracts and manage any necessary contract modifications or extensions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must have your own car
